NoiseWorks TranSplit is a transient designer for Windows that separates the initial attack of a sound from its sustaining body. It lets hobby producers, mixing engineers and sound designers reshape that relationship on drums, guitars and other audio without relying on a single full-signal adjustment.

The Balance fader blends between the two components: move left to isolate the transients or right to focus on sustain. Sensitivity sets how strong an attack must be to register as a transient, while Length adjusts the fade-out duration of each detected transient. Together, these controls help you refine both the detection and the resulting shape.

Three detection modes let you choose which frequencies receive priority. Bass focuses on lower-frequency hits, Highs targets upper-frequency attacks, and All covers the full frequency range. On a drum recording, this can help keep attention on kick, snare and tom hits rather than cymbal activity.

TranSplit provides real-time visual feedback and low-latency processing for live or streaming use. It comes in VST3 and AAX formats for compatible Windows hosts, including FL Studio and Ableton Live.
