Ocean Swift OSS Enterprise + DLC VST WiN

Ocean Swift OSS Enterprise is a hybrid synthesizer for Windows that brings vector, additive, subtractive and wavetable synthesis into one instrument. It suits hobby producers who want to start with ready-made sounds, then explore deeper patch design for electronic music.

Each of its four oscillators can use analog, wavetable or additive synthesis, with different controls for each mode. Vector mixing lets you blend the oscillator sources across X and Y axes, while dedicated LFOs automate that movement. Individual source panning adds another way to shape the stereo image.

Two filters offer lowpass, bandpass, highpass and notch responses with 12 or 24 dB slopes. Each filter has its own envelope and LFO, including inverse modulation for stereo filtering. Modulation options extend beyond conventional LFO shapes to wavetable, additive and drawable modes.

Built-in panner/tremolo, delay and chorus/phaser effects handle additional movement and texture. More than 400 factory presets provide starting points, with hundreds of additional DLC presets available. Unused sections can be switched off to reduce CPU demand, making Enterprise worth considering for Windows-based FL Studio and Ableton Live setups.
