Oracle 2

Oracle 2 by Iamlamprey is an ambient guitar instrument for turning sampled strings into spacious pads, evolving textures and atmospheric plucks. Its 18 soundbanks cover picked electric guitar, bass, acoustic guitar, harmonics and processed pads, with material repurposed from earlier Iamlamprey libraries. Load two banks and blend them on the XY pad, then refine each layer with ADSR envelopes and sample start controls. Effects can follow the Y-axis, while the Chaos slider introduces random pad movement for shifting, animated sounds. Ten built-in Kontakt effects provide further shaping, including reverb, delay, modulation, distortion and EQ. Start with 40 handcrafted presets or generate fresh ideas using dedicated Random Pluck and Random Pad buttons. Suited to hobby producers exploring ambient, cinematic and textural electronic music, Oracle 2 offers a hands-on way to create guitar-based backgrounds without settling for a static loop.
