Legend Channel is a channel strip plugin that combines a mic/line preamp, 12 dB/oct high- and low-pass filters, a 4-band musical EQ with proportional-Q and shelf/bell options, a compressor with ratio up to limit, auto-release and auto-gain, and a gate/expander with range, hysteresis, duck and external key. It also includes output trim, fader, peak meter, presets and a resizable UI. The plugin uses PCCN™ circuit modeling, which simulates the actual transformer, transistor and VCA stages from the original schematics, so it reacts to level and drive like the hardware. It is not a fixed saturation curve, impulse response or neural capture. This makes it suitable for hobby producers who want the sound of a classic British console channel on individual tracks or buses. It runs as VST3 or AAX on Windows, with no iLok or subscription required.
