Prophet-VS V

Prophet-VS V by Arturia is a software recreation of the classic vector synthesis synthesizer. It combines digital oscillators with emulated analog filters and VCAs, delivering a hybrid sound that ranges from crisp and crystalline to warm and gritty. The joystick oscillator section lets you assign any of over 450 waveforms to four oscillators and morph between them for evolving, multidimensional tones. Flexible LFOs, envelope generators, and an arpeggiator make it easy to add movement and animation to your patches. Built-in effects and tasteful enhancements to the original design extend its sonic palette without complicating your workflow. This plugin excels at hyperpop, trap, EDM, and ambient sound design, where its icy digital character and aliasing imperfections become creative assets. It suits hobby producers and sound designers looking for a distinctive, expressive instrument that bridges vintage digital charm and modern software convenience.
