Puncher 2

Puncher 2 by W A Production combines transient shaping, four-band compression and parallel compression in one compact multi-effects plugin. Use it to sharpen drum attacks, adjust sustain or give instrument tracks a denser, more controlled feel. Each section offers an amount control alongside deeper settings, so you can move from quick adjustments to detailed dynamic shaping. The transient processor includes stereo linking and detection controls, while the multiband section compresses four frequency ranges separately. Parallel compression adds weight and evens out dynamics, with adjustable RMS timing and knee width for responses ranging from smooth to assertive. With 48 presets covering different instruments and genres, Puncher 2 suits hobby producers who want an accessible starting point without giving up control. It’s a practical choice for adding punch and presence while keeping several dynamics tools together.
