Rast Sound Mad Filter is a free filter effect for producers who want to add tonal character and moving textures to their tracks. Its analog-style filtering and drive circuits bring warmth and richness, making it useful for hobby musicians shaping sounds or experimenting with animated effects.

Rather than limiting you to a single filter response, Mad Filter lets you transition between low-pass, high-pass, band-pass and notch types. Blending these responses offers a way to build evolving sweeps and less predictable tonal changes. The drive control adds another layer of character alongside the filtering.
