Red Rock Sound Fuse Stereo Image is a mid-side processing effect for shaping the width and spatial balance of stereo audio. It is suited to hobby producers who want to adjust a stereo track’s spread and explore how its side information affects the mix.

Its processing draws on stereo shuffling, a technique associated with EMI engineer Alan Blumlein’s 1931 stereo work. The WIDTH control adjusts the side-signal level to narrow or broaden the image. SPACE applies a broad boost or cut to bass frequencies in the side channel, while SHUFFLE changes the cutoff frequency within that circuit. Together, these controls let you shape stereo width with more attention to low-frequency content than a simple width adjustment alone.

SOLO SIDE lets you hear the stereo difference signal in isolation, and mid-side monitoring helps you assess your changes. Preset management and A/B comparison make it easier to revisit settings and compare alternatives. The Windows version includes 32-bit and 64-bit VST2 and VST3 formats for compatible hosts, including FL Studio and Ableton Live.
