ZENOLOGY Pro is a software synthesizer plugin that brings Roland’s ZEN-Core sound engine to your DAW. It includes over 4,000 tones and 200 drum kits out of the box, expandable to more than 10,000 selections via Sound Packs and Wave Expansions. The synth architecture supports up to four partials per tone, each with oscillator, filter, amplifier, dual LFOs, and EQ. You can layer multiple synthesis types, including virtual analog and PCM, with four oscillators offering nine virtual analog waveforms, Supersaw, noise, PCM, and PCM SYNC. It ships with 1,840 PCM waveforms (expandable to over 7,000), ten filter types including JUPITER models, eleven LFO shapes with tempo-synced step LFOs, and over 90 effects like reverbs, JUNO-106 and CE-1 choruses, SDD-320 Dimension D, and DJ-FX Looper.
