Rob Papen RP-Distort 2 is a creative distortion plugin for producers who want more than straightforward grit. Its 52 distortion types cover lo-fi textures, amp and cabinet tones, two-band processing and audio modulation, while dual wave shapers let you design your own distortion curves. Shape the signal before and after distortion with dedicated EQ stages, then refine it with a gate, analog-modeled filter, compressor and widener or chorus. Rearrange the four main processing modules to explore different tonal results. For movement, the Disrupt Sphere controls multiple parameters together, with an Audio Follower, modulation LFOs and an extended modulation matrix adding dynamic variation.
