Rytmik 2 is a beat engine plugin from Cinematique Instruments that blends organic cinematic percussion with electronic elements. It comes with over 350 sound sources—roughly 215 of them new—ranging from tiny dings to massive booms, field recordings, drum machines, and modular textures. More than 500 presets and 528 beats cover urban grooves, hybrid FX layers, odd pop beats, and cinematic overkills, each with its own shape chain. A 14-track smart sequencer keeps things focused, while a freely programmable 13-slot FX chain lets you reshape beats in real time. Randomization generates fresh sound, velocity, and effect settings, and you can drag MIDI patterns straight into your DAW. It runs in Kontakt Player, so no full Kontakt license is needed.
