Soundscapes Vol.1

AudioThing Soundscapes Vol.1 is an atmospheric Kontakt instrument library for producers who want textured backgrounds, unusual ambience and cinematic sound design. Its material combines location recordings from Paris, Dublin, London and Naples with sounds captured from hardware synths, guitar pedals and experimental electronic toys. Water, rain, fans, voices and violin sit alongside processed synth textures, offering starting points for ambient tracks, film cues and game audio. The collection includes 30 Kontakt instruments, 10 multis and 31 seamless WAV loops recorded at 48kHz/24-bit. A custom Kontakt performance view keeps the sounds accessible, while a ±24-semitone pitch-bend assignment invites dramatic shifts and glitch effects. The instruments require the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt; producers without Kontakt can use the WAV loops directly in their DAW. Its textures also featured in the soundtrack and sound design of The Swapper.
