Spectrasonics Keyscape is a sample-based keyboard instrument for producers and players who want acoustic pianos, vintage keys, and unusual collector instruments in one library. Its 36 instrument models were sampled from restored keyboards, retaining mechanical details, pedal sounds, and release overtones that help performances feel natural.

Hundreds of patches offer starting points for songwriting, beat production, and keyboard arrangements. Patch-specific controls let you adjust the character and apply tailored effects, while Duo patches combine two instruments into layered hybrid sounds. Modeled vintage amplifier and effects behavior adds further tonal variation.

For Windows producers working in FL Studio or Ableton Live, Keyscape supports VST and VST3 workflows, alongside AAX and a standalone application. The standalone app includes Flow Capture, which records audio, MIDI, and the Keyscape sound format simultaneously when an idea strikes.

Owners of Omnisphere 2 can also access Keyscape within its browser and use its synthesis, layering, and effects tools. The additional Keyscape Creative library provides over 1,200 patches for that combined setup. Software version 1.5.0c adds support for Double Felt Grand patches and soundsources.
