Tape Guitar by Thenatan Audio is a lo-fi virtual guitar instrument built for warmth, texture, and emotion. It runs four samplers, each loaded with 200+ multi-sampled sounds—analog guitars, experimental textures, and rare string tones—with per-sampler ADSR, EQ, filters, pan, pitch, and reverse. A dedicated Texture Player adds soulful imperfections via Stretch, Filter, Crush, and Width, with 40+ built-in textures like vinyl crackle, broken radio, rainfall, and neon buzz, plus support for your own textures. Six modulation tools (Pumper, Panner, Pitcher, Wobbler, Dropout, Velocity Mod) bring tape-style movement and analog glitches. Eight studio-grade effects include speaker simulation, chorus, flanger, wah, plate and convolution reverbs, stereo/ping-pong delay, distortion, Lofilizer, and an analog filter section. With 160 factory presets, it suits chill beats, lo-fi grooves, R&B slow jams, and ambient scores.
