Uhhyou – FDNCymbal Win OSX Linux VST x64[ FREE ]

FDNCymbal is a free cymbal sound synthesizer that can also be used as an effect. Unlike its name suggests, most of the metallic texture comes from a Schroeder allpass section rather than the feedback delay network (FDN). The FDN section produces a convincing impact sound when its Time parameter is set short. A tremolo effect simulates the wobbling of a cymbal, while a stick oscillator built from impulses and sine waves makes stick hits more plausible. The Schroeder allpass section adds metallic character to the signal. This plugin is suitable for hobby music producers looking to create unique cymbal sounds or add metallic textures to their tracks. It runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux as a VST plugin, though the Linux build currently does not display a GUI. With a small footprint, FDNCymbal offers a straightforward way to synthesize cymbals and experiment with percussive effects in FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic.
