VQA-154 American Vintage EQ

The VQA-154 from Fuse Audio Labs revives a rare 1970s four-band EQ module found in legendary broadcast and production studios. Its inductor-based mid bands and fully discrete output stage with a serious output transformer deliver classy clean tones and pleasant coloration that always stay musical, even when pushed. Turn up the bands and you get a firm sound with interesting textures—never harsh or bloated. A gain-compensated drive control, continuous filter gains, linear output control, and stereo, linked, and mid/side modes make it a versatile sound-shaping toolbox for any source. The signature interaction of gain and bandwidth invites you to develop your own recipes. It shines on individual tracks and truly excels on the mix buss, where everything falls into place. Perfect for hobby producers seeking analog character and precision in one easy-to-use plugin.
