Cherry Audio’s Pentaphonic resurrects a near-mythical 1981 Gleeman synth—fewer than 70 originals exist—as a virtual instrument with its thick DCO and analog filter tone intact. You get three UI themes, including transparent options, plus expanded polyphony (2–16 voices with unison detune), pulse width modulation, noise, oscillator sync, an extra LFO, and a 2-pole filter mode with keyboard tracking. Performance features like velocity, aftertouch, and a 16×4 polyphonic step sequencer with humanization make it great for synthwave, ambient, and electronic productions. The arpeggiator and sequencer sync and transpose, while the Parameter Animator and 22-effect chain add movement. Ideal for hobby producers using FL Studio, Ableton, or Logic who want rare vintage character with modern flexibility.
