Xfer Records OTT v1.35 VST VST3 AU AAX WiN MAC

Xfer Records OTT is a free multiband compressor that combines upward and downward compression for an intentionally aggressive sound. It recreates a compression setup associated with dubstep and electro production, making it a useful option for hobby producers exploring heavily compressed electronic textures. Rather than focusing only on reducing louder material, its approach also raises quieter details, changing the balance between prominent sounds and lower-level content across frequency bands.

OTT v1.35 includes interface scaling improvements and a correction to a VST3 identifier problem introduced in versions 1.33 and 1.34. That fix comes with an important project compatibility warning: depending on your DAW, projects saved with either of those VST3 versions may not recognize the updated plugin instance. If existing sessions rely on important OTT settings, consider staying on v1.34 until you have checked compatibility. Users who have already updated can request the v1.34 installer through support.

For Windows producers working in FL Studio or Ableton Live, OTT offers a focused way to explore this distinctive style of multiband dynamics processing.
