INDEQ is a free equalizer plugin built around pure inductor-based filtering. Unlike many analog-style EQs, it deliberately avoids any non-linear processing, so you get the distinctive tone and response of inductors without added saturation or distortion. The layout is straightforward: a highpass filter fixed at 80 Hz, plus three bands with generous ±15 dB gain. The low band offers four frequencies (35, 60, 100, 220 Hz) and switchable shelf or peak modes; the mid band covers 0.2 to 6 kHz across six frequencies with an optional high-Q setting for surgical cuts or boosts; and the high band provides 8 kHz and 16 kHz with shelf or peak options. A clean output trim (±15 dB) and bypass button round things out. The resizable interface (50–200%) is a nice touch for different screen sizes. INDEQ is aimed at hobby producers using FL Studio, Ableton Live, or Logic on Windows who want an efficient, characterful EQ for shaping individual tracks or full mixes. It’s simple to learn but flexible enough for everyday tonal adjustments.
