Cassette Piano.02 Logic

Cassette Piano.02 Logic by THEPHONOLOOP brings the character of an ageing upright piano into a tape-flavoured instrument. Recorded in a ballet training room, its new piano samples preserve small imperfections and an organic sense of space. Four cassette decks provide five recording options, ranging from relatively stable stereo and mono tones to noisier textures with pronounced pitch drift. It suits producers looking for intimate piano parts, hazy lo-fi melodies and vintage-inspired arrangements. A separate noise control lets you blend in tape texture without excessive noise building up across chords. Adjust the sample start to soften initial attacks, use the octave-down switch for a deeper, more worn sound, and shape the balance with a two-band Instrument Tone EQ. Simulated round robin adds variation to quick passages, making this a useful choice for players who prefer character over pristine piano realism.
