Knockout Drums

Knockout Drums is a Kontakt-based drum sample library built for producers who need aggressive, mix-ready drums. Created with metal drummer Navene Koperweis and engineer Zack Ohren, it captures his Starclassic Bubinga kit at Sharkbite Studios, offering 7 snares, 3 kicks, and a range of Meinl cymbals. Each element was recorded through a 1978 Trident TSM console with multiple mic options, including top/bottom snare and tom mics, kick and sub, plus stereo room pairs, giving you everything from a tight studio sound to a massive live room feel. The interface includes a remapper for custom drum maps, a flexible mixer with per-instrument volume, pan, FX send, and stereo width, plus compressor, limiter, 4-band EQ, and space/delay sends. An LFO system and 13 filter types add further shaping. Ideal for metal, rock, pop, breakbeat, and dance producers wanting hard-hitting, customizable drums.
