Recorded across five octaves with four dynamic layers on two cassette decks, its tones blend delicate attacks with organic imperfections. It suits producers looking for vintage-flavoured melodies, atmospheric arpeggios or textured chords in lo-fi beats and electronic tracks. Simulated round-robin adds variation to repeated notes, while a dedicated noise control lets you dial in cassette hiss without stacking noise with every voice. The Kontakt edition includes 43 presets, a one-page interface and custom spring, hall and corridor reverb impulses. Reverb and delay can sit before or after the insert effects for further sound shaping. This sampled instrument requires the full version of Kontakt 5.6.6 or later and does not support Kontakt Player.
