Cassette Plucks.01 for Logic

Cassette Plucks.01 for Logic by THEPHONOLOOP brings cassette-worn character to two custom plucked instruments. Built through physical modelling, subtractive synthesis and sampling, its tones pair an Eastern-inspired flavour with organic imperfections from two different cassette decks. Each instrument spans five octaves with four dynamic layers, giving melodic lines and chords room for expressive playing. The collection includes 979 samples in uncompressed 24-bit WAV format, plus 20 basic presets covering normal playback and several reverse variations for each deck. Carefully reduced sample noise helps prevent hiss from building up across chords, while a separate noise control lets you blend texture back in to taste. It’s a useful fit for hobby producers making lo-fi beats, nostalgic melodies or atmospheric arrangements. This edition requires the full version of Logic Pro X; compatibility with Logic Pro 9 has not been tested.
