It skips modeled hardware in favor of straightforward tuning for rock and metal tones, with three drive modes—Clean, Rock, and Metal—that change gain level, distortion character, and pre-EQ behavior. The Bright switch adds dynamic high-frequency emphasis, while the input level control matters because the amp reacts strongly to signal strength. A pre-EQ shapes the input and, in Rock and Metal modes, also affects drive amount and feel; a post-EQ shapes the output. The Gate uses an envelope-followed low-pass filter on the input, handy for high-gain playing but best switched off for quiet, low-gain sounds. Tight adjusts how quickly the drive responds, Fat adds even harmonics, and Body brings in midrange aggression. Mod offers chorus, flanger, or vibrato via one or two delay lines, and Delay includes overdrive and filtering in its feedback path, blended with the Threshold control.
