RetroMod LoFreq Modern

Tracktion RetroMod LoFreq Modern brings the character of 11 hardware synths from 1996–2018 into a sample-based instrument built for modern production. Its collection includes the Waldorf Pulse and Pulse 2, DSI Evolver, Arturia MiniBrute, Dreadbox Hades and more, captured across 12,000 samples. Start with 323 presets, then reshape the sampled tones using a secondary multimode resonant filter, a second oscillator and an XY pad for anything from gentle colour to aggressive textures. Up to 16 voices of unison help build weight and width, while the integrated arpeggiator turns sounds into rhythmic patterns. Use it for pulsing basslines, cutting leads and dense pads in electronic tracks. With a 4.6 GB library, LoFreq Modern suits producers who want a varied palette of hardware-inspired synth sounds with room for hands-on tweaking.
