Theremin

Theremin by Stagecraft Software turns the expressive pitch sweeps of a traditional theremin into a monophonic synth built for vintage-style leads. Pitch and volume each respond to a single control variable, offering a different approach to shaping phrases and exploring unusual sounds. Always-on portamento lets notes glide across the range, while hard sync and tone controls bring character inspired by early modular synthesizers. For more structured melodies, optional pitch quantization makes your sweeps travel through the notes of a selected scale. From eerie sliding hooks to quirky bleeps and bold retro leads, Theremin suits producers who enjoy hands-on experimentation and want an expressive alternative to conventional synth playing.
