XO Expansion: Da Rock Files by Rockwilder

Capture the hard-hitting bounce of 90s East Coast hip hop and R&B with the Da Rock Files expansion for XLN Audio’s XO. Created by Grammy-winning producer Rockwilder—the force behind Method Man & Redman’s “Da Rockwilder” and “Lady Marmalade”—this collection delivers 70 presets and 181 mix-ready loops and samples. Unlike generic loops, every beat is fully editable inside XO’s sequencer, so you can inspect the exact timing, velocities, and groove templates that give these drums their signature swing. Mixed and mastered by Josh Gannet (Redman, Wu-Tang Clan), the sounds are punchy, club-ready, and instantly usable. Ideal for hobby producers crafting boom-bap, trap, or modern R&B, this expansion lets you dissect and rebuild authentic 90s grooves with total control.
